I am a creative developer turned leader of digital teams. My goal is to provide leadership and vision to my team of professionals and vendor partners responsible for digital strategy, digital storytelling, channel mapping, customer journey, process improvement, marketing automation, and website content development.

I am an experienced content marketer specializing in lead nurturing campaigns that align with business and sales initiatives.
I work closely with cross functional departments including organizational and sales leadership on system implementation, messaging, and process improvements. I have the ability to communicate engaging stories from a wide range of analytics and digital touch points.

With a combined 20 years of experience in digital marketing, IT, and multimedia design, I am a critical thinker and creative problem solver. My professional career has ranged from software & tech, warehouse inventory management, training/LMS management with Mack Trucks & Volvo, agency & freelance development, to industrial B2B digital marketing. Personally, I am a husband, father, dog dad, curious lifelong learner, ice hockey player, and DJ.

Digital Team & Vendor Management

My team drives overall the digital strategy, planning, budgeting and execution across all online channels. We work closely with senior leadership to develop content marketing strategies for specific verticals and regions. We manage numerous remote vendors in order to achieve best in class digital experience.

Digital Marketing

Work closely with global sales leadership to create online lead generation campaigns. We communicate details, rationale, and implementation across agency partners and key internal stakeholders. We make sure all steps of the user journey are trackable, seamlessly send data to our CRM and make future campaign tweaks based off of analytics. Implement and manage SEO and SEM efforts.

Web Architecture

Manage Digital Experience Platform (DXP) including all elements of cloud hosting, corporate website, membership user portals, campaign sites, and e-commerce sites. We make sure integration of software frameworks provide a seamless experience across multiple digital touch points. Management of site translations, APIs, DAM integration.

Business Intelligence

Management and optimization of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, HotJar, and Social engagements in order improve user experience and influence future business decisions. 

Social Media

Digital team is responsible for social media presence on LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Amplify global marketing message through both organic and paid efforts. Create audience targeting for each vertical market and region. 

Mobile PWA Strategy

Developed a suite of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) for both internal employees (SSO) and public facing access. These device agnostic apps can be installed locally and offer offline capabilities.
